Many other rings are mass produced but when you buy from Titanium Concepts, your piece is made exclusively for you.

Resizing: Titanium rings can not be resized by a jeweler like rings made from other metals. If you need a different size, you will need to send the ring back. Your ring can be resized up to 1/2 size larger by removing material from the inside (note that this will make the ring a little thinner). If you need either 1/4 or 1/2 size larger, there is just a $5 charge for return shipping and handling. (The milled designs Decagon, Quadratic, and Salient cannot be resized and must be remade.) If your ring has engraving it will automatically be re-engraved.

Returns: If you wish to return your ring for a refund there is a 20% return charge. This is to help cover the cost of materials, credit card processing fees, shipping, and time spent manufacturing the ring.

Refinishing: Titanium is hard but it will scratch. You can send your ring back for free refinishing, but you will be required to pay for return shipping & handling ($5). Please email them before sending your ring back. If you have a polished finish, you can also take it to a local jeweler for polishing.
